About us

The St George-Sutherland Scottish Pipe Band was founded in 1946 and for more than 65 years has played for marches, dances, tattoos and general entertainment.

You can read more about the band’s history along with photos of past uniforms and members on our history page.

The band wears the MacGregor tartan.

Under Pipe Major Max Clark, the band meets each Wednesday evening at 7:30pm for practice at Cronulla High School. New members and learners are most welcome. Free tutoring is available for beginner pipers and drummers. Use the contact page if you are interested.
